Down Memory Lane Week 8
Four more village productions for you to identify
Below we publish four more photos from different shows which have been staged by Bishop Monkton Entertainments Group over recent years.
You may have been in the audience for some of them or you may even have appeared on stage in some of them.
For how many can you name the production, the year it was staged and name at least some of those shown in the photo (from left to right)? Don‘t worry if you can’t remember everyone shown. Also send us any special memories of the show (if any).

HERE'S YOUR FEEDBACK
PICTURE 8
Keith and Jane Pettitt tell us this is a scene from the play When We Were Married by J. B. Priestley, probably staged in 1994.
The cast, from left to right, show:
Stuart Newsome, Ben Newsome, Val Walmsley, Mark Grainger, Judy Hague, Natalie Farrell, Bill Bradshaw, Amy Holley, Keith Pettitt and Basil Birchall.
Seated are: Jennifer Barker, Pauline Chick and Jacquie Farrell.
Keith and Jane say Bob Walmsley was also in the cast and Keith can assure readers that all that gentlemen's facial hair was real!
Keith thinks Jennifer Barker was the director and he remembers it being a very enjoyable production.

Sheila Parsons remembers this was a publicity photo. taken in the Lamb & Flag, for a play called Two, directed by Pauline Chick. It was performed in the WI Hall which had been done out to look like a pub with the audience sitting at tables around a dias where the action took place. The players had to do a pub quiz before enjoying pie and peas at the interval. BMEG took the play to the Festival where it received much acclaim.
Sheila can remember everyone's faces but not all the names.
Back row: Bill Bradshaw, Roger Parrish, Pauline Beecroft, Elaine Johnson, Mark Pettitt, Stuart Newsome, Sheila Parsons, Val Walmsley.
Front row: Jane Fowler, ?, Stuart Ingleson, Anne Hepple-Wilson, David Richold, Jenny?
PICTURE 10
Sheila Parsons was first to give the names of this talented trio who were on stage at a show in the Nineties (possibly 1998) - and they were fantastic, says Sheila. They are, from left, Jim Hall., Cyril Dix and Chris O'Gorman.
NEXT WEEK we will publish pictures of four more early shows for you to identify.
